Pastor Terrance Jermayne O'Neil was born in Houston, Texas and the second oldest of eight children. Terrance O'Neil accepted Christ as his personal Savior in November 1996. He graduated from Forest Brook High School Class of 1992. Terrance united with Light House Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Fred C. Holiday (now deceased). He preached his fist sermon on April 5, 1998 and was (License) by Pastor F.C. Holiday where He served as the Youth Pastor. His father in the ministry is Pastor Lee Skinner of Good Shepherd Missionary Baptist Church, who he currently share a broadcast with on KHCB 105.7 FM-Pastor's Study.
His ministry to the Lord has included being an education Pastor at Grace Family Church, a Pastor/Teacher at Pillar of Truth, Truth Community Church. He has served in public education for 15 years. He is a elementary Teacher, math specialist in Spring ISD, His education has been a passion and a tool in his life.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biblical Studies; minor in Leadership from the College of Biblical Studies a Master's in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is expected to graduate with a Doctorate in Ministry: Theology and Apologetics in the Spring of 2020.
He is grateful for the love and support of his wonderful wife, and our first lady, Winona O'Neil. They are blessed with 4 sons.

First Lady, Winona O'Neil was born in Houston, Texas. She graduated from the Houston Independent School District then attended Houston Community College and a few semesters with the College of Biblical Studies. She accepted Christ at an early age. Pastor Terrance and First Lady Winona have been married for 22 years. Winona has dedicated her life serving God and caring for her family. Working in the church wherever needed allowing her to gain experience serving in many capacities. She stated, "The Lord has been very good to me. He is constantly stretching me in my spiritual walk and I'm excited to continue to grow in Christ until I meet Him face to face." The scriptures she holds dear are Psalm 34:8, Matthew 6:34, Philippians 4:6-7.
